Joseph Nosa has over 25 years of experience in Audit, Financial Consulting Management Development. He has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organization.

Joseph is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He has also attended many international trainings in financial management. He is an alumnus of London Business School and University of Northampton, UK. He had public accountancy practice in Johnson and Associates, and JBA and Co for many years before moving to the banking industry. While in banking industry, he worked in various areas including Risk Management, Bad Loan Work Out and Business Restructuring, Corporate Banking, Operations, Retail Sales, Property Management, Project Marketing, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Internal Audit.

Joseph has a passion for enabling people to learn in a more sustainable training approach. He is a dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic facilitator and trainer. He believes in always working for the interest of the clients and yet is also able to challenge sensitively to lead change where appropriate.

Dr. Abubakar Manga has had over 30 years' experience in Banking, Financial Consulting and Management Development. He is an erudite scholar. He has Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Accounting and related development areas. Over the years, he has consulted for many organizations in Public Sector Efficiency and Effectiveness, Financial Management and Development Economy.

Fidelis Akaeze also has many years of experience in varied sectors of Nigerian Economy. Fidelis is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). Prior to becoming a Consultant, he was at various times Chief Internal Auditor of a number of multi-national organizations.

Fidelis has a solid academic background in Accounting and Management. He is a facilitator for various training programmes in policy formulation and systems and change management. He was involved in designing various training curriculum for Lagos Mainland District of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Ajiboso Oyenike has a strong academic and working background in Technology Research and Financial Management. She is passionate and proactive in providing solution to clients' needs. Oyenike is a specialist in Business Economic Research and Data Collation.

Olusegun Omoletor has academic and working background in Corporate Governance, Human Resources and Business Performance Research, Ethics and Accounting. He has many years of working experience in NAFDAC, Cooperative Society Integrated Business Ltd and Public Consulting.

Patrick Olashinde Daniels has academic and working background in Corporate Governance, Research, Ethics and Accounting. He is also a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) has many years of working experience in various Financial Institutions.

Rafiu Olaoye has many years of experience in Audit, Advisory and Financial Training. At various times, he was involved in technical research on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Rafiu is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
